New handle for a new age. Since I've been snubbed from the World Title Hunt once more, it's about time I acknowledge my immediate championship, the Hardcore Title.

I requested to defend my title for Slam this week, once which I admittedly haven't defended for a while, and instead I was made a special guest referee. Funny how that works out.

Is no-one going to step up? Whispers in the locker room suggest that I'm a so-called paper champion. If that's the case, then what does that make all of you who currently don't hold a belt? Somebody step up and show me what this roster has to offer.

I'm hearing reports of a former WCF Hardcore champion going to be appearing to accept this challenge on Slam.

Rumors of Maritopian legend Jay Omega being spotted in talks with Lerch are filtering down.

What all us fans want to know is when the bastardisation of this title will end and we finally get an unlimited promo build to the match once again rather than the watered down drek we have been subjected to.
