Lesnar was supposed to "snap" after the loss and the F5 to Shane was always going to happen, but the elbow was intentional. The "beatdown" was supposed to be after the match. If by chance it wasn't intentional and a result of Lesnar being such a stiff worker, it's clear the match was derailed from the position it was taking at the time. The blow whether a botch because stiff, or intentional changed the match and stopped it's continuance. Speculation is that it was intentional, but others are saying Lesnar fucked up being too stiff and salvaged it by going into his after match beatdown as was planned anyway.

Just read wrestling news site stuff. Seems people are unsure what it was. Some are saying it was real and lesnar was pissed off at Orton for sandbagging him and hitting moves when he wasn't ready. Others are saying it was planned and fake and was a blade job and was supposed to happen

That was just a mess confusion, and served no purpose at all... Very, very disappointed.. And furthers my reasoning to stick with watching ROH, NJPW, & LU....and, just catch highlights of WWE on the net..

I particularly enjoyed the Cena vs Styles match. The ending of Summerslam with Lesnar/Orton was ... interesting and seemingly botched (at least in my view); I certainly hope they run a good angle with it but I won't hold my breath. I will say that the Brooklyn crowd was ... what it was. As far as the Rusev match, I kinda thought about it being a write off too.
