Friday The 13th Remake (Call me a douche for listing the remake here as I will with a couple others on my best list, but this was fucking fantastic. It took a top tier slasher and made him a bigger threat than before imo. The hunting and trapping aspect was this cool sort of touch that I loved.) I liked the remake more than most of the originals. Plus, those tits were marvelous.

Oh and ... this might be unpopular idk but, I've always thought the Child's Play movies were stupid. All of them, not just the later ones. I just ... I'm sorry but to me seeing a grown adult running away from a foot tall doll just makes zero sense, ever. I don't give a shit if it has a knife or not, punt kick that mother fucker into the next town. It's a doll that weighs 5 pounds max ... seriously wtf? I always got the feeling Chucky could be kept at bay by a broom and a trash compactor. Although I guess the terror comes from the idea that he can hide in plain sight? If I were Chucky, I'd operate under toy story rules, which he sometimes does, but he always seems to drop the act at some point. Just wait till everyone's asleep, cut the gas line and blow the house up. Though I guess such movies don't operate under any universe of practical solutions. I am just a joy to watch these movies with lol.

They have Paranormal Activity marathon on FXM now. I think they're like on...#15? Dunno.. lol
You know it's bad when the Director of PA is also the Director of the Catfish movie and brother of Catfish tv host.

You have to go into the Paranormal Activity movies in the right mindset. I saw every single one except the last at the midnight showing with a ton of high school/college girls that screamed at every jumpscare. Made those movies infinitely better.
FUN STORY
The second PA movie is pretty terrifying in its own right. An entire kitchen explodes open more or less. So I'm sitting next to this girl, complete stranger. The whole last 20 minutes her head was in her lap with he hands covering her ears. She was having none of it.

Not much of a horror movie guy, so my list is probably going to suck by comparison.
Best - Scream 1. They hit the right notes, I feel like.
Worst - Son (maybe child?) of Chucky. Couldn't tell if it was supposed to be a horror film or a comedy.

I liked the first Paranormal Activity, but the rest were horrible. They did it right with the first one, but then tried to do too much for the rest. It just didn't fit for me.

Well if you go into it thinking you have a chance against Brock Lesnar, you're obviously too tough to let yourself get scared by a movie.

I liked Wrong Turn, that's the only horror film that legit creeps me out and there is rumblings that them people are real.
Fuck the woods. No. Just stay out of them lol.

Never said I would beat him (especially with rules), but we'll never get to find out. Some movies do scare me. I don't watch anything with demon possessions, or spiders (small, big spiders are okay).

Damn Bates you just had to say the "s" word. Ugh I hate spiders and spider movies...
The worst movie I've seen is Eight Legged Freaks and always think of that guy sucking hose and eventually spiders.
Oh and bugs, hate bugs, Honorable mention goes to They Nest.
