Alright, so my latest Roleplay ended up being more character/storyline development, due to certain situations occurring.
Read the Roleplay to get a better understanding. Don't worry, the roleplay is most likely the shortest I've written in years.
So, Thomas Uriel Bates is writing a Bill of Rights to make sure that all wrestlers are treated fairly. None of this is of course actually binding, and is purely character driven.
Here's the thing; I need some helping figuring out what we need in it. I've got some basics, such as no one being terminated without just cause, no reduction of pay without just cause, maintain the ring and other equipment, get back on the road, etc.
What ideas do y'all have?

fuel reimbursement for those driving their own vehicles, partial reimbursement for those who have to rent a motel room, female wrestlers get a separate dressing room from the guys unless an individual pays out of pocket for a private dressing room, , forward notice of 'where' the next 2 or 3 venues will be hosted to better arrange transportation as needed, WCF fully covers all travel expenses if outside the U.S. Eastern coastline (no first class reimbursement), cost and profit splitting of wrestler merchandise IF the WCF logo appears on said merchandise

Bathrooms that don't smell like a dead body The right to bathrooms that do smell like a dead body if that is the wrestler's prerogative.

Yea, Bates I love the idea!! As you know, before my phone posted a mutiny against me, Oblivion had this movement... Age of Enlightenment. Complete and absolute positivity. Now, with the idea of The Bill of Rights, we should consider protection FOR not from but FOR those with psychological disadvantages and\or problems.
What should happen AGAIN, if someone with OBVIOUS and documented disorder, condition, or mental disease that gets attacked then gets injured for a long time? THEY should be protected under The Bill of Rights. No more taking shots of the ones with mental disabilities or disorders.... THEY SHALL BE PROTECTED!!

There's plenty of acts that seem to occur within the WCF that may or may not turn the heads of the law... Can WCF wrestlers get free lawyer representation?
