Greetings,

Long lost e-wrestler here. Haven't *actively* participated since 2004. Had a hunch a while back to come see how the game was looking and well, it's been an adjustment. Twitter is in, Roughkut is out, game feds (which were in there infancy, if at all back in my day) are a prevailing thing now. I saw the tag lines that would indicate this fed was a throw back to the simpler times and couldn't resist a look.

That being said, before I try and shake off the rust and embarrass myself I figured I'd do a quick OOC intro and get a feel for the way of the land. So far so good, so kudos to the admin and staff for keeping the faith alive. In the meantime, PM me, respond whatever. I'd like to get to know you guys and gals.

Welcome to the WCF Jon. I too joined the WCF after a long absence from efeds. I don't think I would have stuck around if I went to one of those other places. This place is very much like the old days for me, and they have really kept the spirit alive here. I do hope you enjoy.

What places were you in, and who were your characters? I used to have "The Crow" Eric Draven and Andre Uriel Bates back in the day. Last places I was in before I left, around the same time as you, was EFW and WIP, both around the X-Net Wrestling umbrella.

It's the ooc that brought me in. Feeds back in the day used to have lively active OOC boards. Everything always seems dead now with people just role-playing. Not in wcf. Wcf seems to be the last true old school Efed on the net

Thanks everyone for the responses. Amazing to see an OOC board with this kind of activity. Feels like the earlys 00's again. I'm also spreading the word to another fellow who's been out of the game as long as I have so hopefully I won't be coming alone lol.

A game fed is where they take something like wwe 16 create their own fed (fire pro was great for this)using the caw to put the roster in and then just watch them fight each other in auto mode

Its just a new version of the ancient sim feds like wrestle .net except you don't pick ya moves other than start up
