My name is Nev, and I'm not like others. I once fell in love with a woman online, and really thought she was my life. Unfortunately, things didn't turn as I thought it would. When I shared my story in a documentary, people started to get in contact relating what I've gone through. From there, I've realized that I wasn't alone. This was happening on a world wide scale. So, I've decided along with my friend Max, why not tell the stories of others? This is MTV: Catfish.
Oh yeah, it looks like we know why Andre was staying silent on Tuesday. He got the opportunity to do an episode with MTV's most popular show around the world currently, Catfish. Our episode begins with Nev Schulman here in Canada staying at the Marriot Hotel in Montreal. The camera crew is always behind him having their cameras hoisted on their shoulders, the sound production team filling the hallways with their microphone dangling up in the air, and over the heads of Nev. Nev films himself with his little Canon cam-corder, and he sits down in his chair looking into the camera. Wearing a nice grey shirt with some black joggers, and neatly stripped black, and grey shoes that has the graphical patterns of a finish line flag.

Hey, everyone. We are here in Montreal, and I'm glad to be here in the summer. Thank god we didn't do this in the cold but as you see, Max is not here with us. He's in California directing another movie coming out. Yeah...he's a work horse. So, we have a very special guest to co-host this episode, and he's a dude very active on social media. Come on, let's check out who he is.
He gets up from his little cozy chair he sat down on, and led the crew from his hotel room to another room that was only two doors down south away. Knocking on the door, Nev waited until who opened was none other than Andre all dressed up in a red tank top with black denim pants on, and red, and black Jordans to finish the look. His face input a large smile as he was greeted by Nev, and the rest of production from the MTV crew.

Nev went for a handshake but Andre pulled him in for a bro hug. Of course, Nev laughed until he kind of whimpered from Andre's bear hug a little. Releasing, he pat Nev on the back, and two sat down in his hotel room as some of the production team set up the laptop, and Nev hosted his Canon cam-corder on a small tripod to get a fixed angle shot on the two sitting down side by side.

So firstly, let me just say thank you for being on the show. Max is a huge fan of yours, and really wanted to meet you but he has a movie to shoot. Although we can call him right now, and see what he's up too.

Oh hell yeah.
They immediately set the laptop to Skype, and made the call to Max. After two rings, he answered, and a video call was established. For Max, the screen suffered little lag but the display showed him on set on a California beach. The wind blowing through his white hair, and he's wearing glasses. Seeing both Nev, and his favourite WCF Wrestler, Andre Holmes, he was ecstatic. Andre leaned in.

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I'm 23 years old, and currently residing in Montreal, Canada. I figured since all else has failed, you guys might help me. Ten months ago, I met a great guy named Paul. He's from Dallas, Texas, and we've been talking ever since he hit me up on Facebook. Paul is the most genuine guy anyone can ever ask for, and there's no one else in the world I would spend the rest of my life with. Ever since my father died, I've been going through chronic depression, and even attempted suicide.
Andre looked away for a small moment. He remembered when Katherine Phoenix attempted suicide but then rolled his eyes, and continued. Although this situation may have been similar but Katherine brought it on herself to endanger the lives in Andre's personal life.
We would always chat on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and even Kik but every time I ask him to chat on camera, he'd always have an excuse. The excuses change, and the stories never connect. The past few months, he's even went off the grid for two weeks. Now I'm wondering if he's actually the right guy to spend the rest of my life with. I feel that I deserve to know the truth if this relationship between us will ever be permanent. I really need your help, please. I don't want this to be all for nothing. - Stephanie.

It's been mostly good. I've never had anything like this when a guy would genuinely care about me. Every time I talk to him, he's always going on about who he really is, he's never about anyone but himself, and even though he says he cares about me, I feel like he's only talking to me because I love him. You know what I mean?

Yeah, he kind of reminds me of someone whose all conceited, and selfish. His name is Dustin Beaver, a douchebag I faced before for the Television Championship along with my friend Stuart Slane who was Television Champion at the time. The similarity between him, and Paul is they don't care about people but themselves but he seems to have taken a liking to help you out. Dustin doesn't have that quality unless it benefits him so I'm hoping that this doesn't blow over, and we can help you find. Also! He said he got into a car accident that shook him, and he just wanted some time alone to get over it.

Did he mention, explain or even describe how the car accident went down? It's pretty natural for someone to talk about it to someone close so they know that they're okay in the first place.

Right. We saw each other in person last time at Fifteen, and afterwards, we've been on our separate paths. He's been named number one contender alongside with Andre Aquarius for my Tag Team Championships but the last time we actually spoken when I called him out on being fake. He just stormed out. So this guy, and him are the same. They're fakes, and selfish pricks.

Well, before we jump into conclusions. He has an instagram so maybe we can look up some of his pictures, and use that to try, and search for any other profiles.

Yeah, that's not bad. I really wanna meet this dude. It just feels like Stephanie is in this vulnerable position, and someone is gonna use that as an opportunity to even be on television. Jesus, and they said my Hardcore Title match was a problem. That is nothing compared to this. Being Hardcore is also about being straight to your demons face to face, and settling it. This dude isn't even doing this. How do we know this isn't a sham or even his way of reaching out to hurt someone as his intention? If I sense even the littlest thing going down, I'm taking him out with a Super kick. I promise you that.

After we come back from commercial, the episode returns to Nev, and Andre driving straight to her house in Montreal, The suburb neighbourhood looks very nice, and very open spaced especially in the afternoon. Pulling up in the driveway, they leave the black SUV with the camera crew leaving their SUV to follow them to the front door where Stephanie opens the door to let them in.

All three of them sit down with the camera crew standing at different places in the living room. Nev, and Stephanie sit down on one couch together with the laptop opened on the footrest, and Andre is sitting on a chair pointing the Camcorder at them.

So we did some research for you about the Instagram. You've mentioned talking to him on Facebook so we used a picture from Instagram to find his profile to see if it matched. Luckily, it did. So, the information is all the same which is a good sign that he may be who he says but when we looked at some of the other photos, and also some of his Timeline posts. We've reached a few weird things. He's with another girl, talking about manipulation, and saying how people are gullible. Has he ever mentioned this to you? Any signs about this type of behavior before?
Stephanie shook her head.

Yes, Stephanie is my girlfriend but this is going a little too fast as I was not ready to meet her face to face until I felt the time was right. However, maybe that time is now. Ten months going strong, and I think I want to continue this way so after thinking about it long, and hard. I do want to meet up. I'm currently in Montreal too for the week, and I'm thinking we can meet up at the park in at five. No more hesitation. They gathered everything that they needed, and got into their SUVS. The camcorder was placed on the driver's panel as Andre volunteered. The production team had their equipment packed in their SUV, and finally everyone took off. The episode then focused on Nev's SUV as he sat down in the back, and Stephanie was riding shotgun. Andre broke the silence first.

Oh trust me. There's this one man in this match I'm going to fight him for the Hardcore Title Belt, and his name is Dustin Beaver. Background is short but before he was in WCF, he spent some time in his life pretending to cosplay celebrities at events to make a little cash until he decided to use that minimum wage job as a gimmick in WCF. So nothing about him is completely original, and he had a very terrible start in WCF until joining these group of men named #BeachKrew who threw on personality, and purpose to him. What pissed me off is when he became WCF Television Champion, he thought he was untouchable. At the time, it almost seemed like he did. Defeating La Gama Blanca, Occulo, and even my sorority sister, Bonnie Blue, made him believe he was never going to be beaten until my friend Stuart Slane just ripped the title from his hands. We met in his locker room, and I knew I saw the fakeness in him. Dustin Beaver is someone who is selfish, pretentious, arrogant but mostly fake. He's a loser, and a pathetic one at that. So when he became the number one contender for the Tag Titles, I was more than happy to knock his ass down for a few pegs but come this Sunday, I'm going to grab his face, and rearrange so that he can look original for the first time in his life. I'd be doing him a favor, and doing everyone a favor. Even #BeachKrew too. Dustin Beaver was molded by them, created by them, risen because of them. I've got here because I had a great foundation, and because I did this on my own. Rebellution is my family but I can handle myself sometimes. I can't say the damn thing about Beaver. He'll do what Shadowlove will do. Run away, hide, coward until he has an easy opening just like he did with our Tag Team match against Occulo, and Howard Black. He left me there to fight on my own, and I won. However, he thought he won the match when he didn't even show up. I won that match on my own, and proved that even though he had an okay career, I'm going to be the guy to knock him off his ass for real. I promise you that on my grave.
Reaching the park finally, the camera crew, and the others parked at the parking lot. A few minutes of walking to an unsecure bench. They sat down, and waited half an hour for any car to show up. Unfortunately, nobody came as of yet, and Nev was getting impatient.

Andre shook his head, and Nev leaned back. Those timeline posts aren't disturbing any of the viewers from this episode? How weird is that the man who has so little to hide has a lot to say? Andre was getting upset. He knew this man was just like Dustin Beaver. After we come back from commercial, the episode returns to Nev, and Andre driving straight to her house in Montreal, The suburb neighbourhood looks very nice, and very open spaced especially in the afternoon. Pulling up in the driveway, they leave the black SUV with the camera crew leaving their SUV to follow them to the front door where Stephanie opens the door to let them in.

All three of them sit down with the camera crew standing at different places in the living room. Nev, and Stephanie sit down on one couch together with the laptop opened on the footrest, and Andre is sitting on a chair pointing the Camcorder at them.

So we did some research for you about the Instagram. You've mentioned talking to him on Facebook so we used a picture from Instagram to find his profile to see if it matched. Luckily, it did. So, the information is all the same which is a good sign that he may be who he says but when we looked at some of the other photos, and also some of his Timeline posts. We've reached a few weird things. He's with another girl, talking about manipulation, and saying how people are gullible. Has he ever mentioned this to you? Any signs about this type of behavior before?
Stephanie shook her head.

Andre got up from the chair, and sat down beside Nev to capture the picture of what the message should say.
Hey, it's really nice to meet you guys. I do watch Catfish, and I think the show is amazing. Yes, Stephanie is my girlfriend but this is going a little too fast as I was not ready to meet her face to face until I felt the time was right. However, maybe that time is now. Ten months going strong, and I think I want to continue this way so after thinking about it long, and hard. I do want to meet up. I'm currently in Montreal too for the week, and I'm thinking we can meet up at the park in at five. 4PM. The park is twenty minutes away.
No more hesitation. They gathered everything that they needed, and got into their SUVS. The camcorder was placed on the driver's panel as Andre volunteered. The production team had their equipment packed in their SUV, and finally everyone took off. The episode then focused on Nev's SUV as he sat down in the back, and Stephanie was riding shotgun. Andre broke the silence first.

Oh trust me. There's this one man in this match I'm going to fight him for the Hardcore Title Belt, and his name is Dustin Beaver. Background is short but before he was in WCF, he spent some time in his life pretending to cosplay celebrities at events to make a little cash until he decided to use that minimum wage job as a gimmick in WCF. So nothing about him is completely original, and he had a very terrible start in WCF until joining these group of men named #BeachKrew who threw on personality, and purpose to him. What pissed me off is when he became WCF Television Champion, he thought he was untouchable. At the time, it almost seemed like he did. Defeating La Gama Blanca, Occulo, and even my sorority sister, Bonnie Blue, made him believe he was never going to be beaten until my friend Stuart Slane just ripped the title from his hands. We met in his locker room, and I knew I saw the fakeness in him. Dustin Beaver is someone who is selfish, pretentious, arrogant but mostly fake. He's a loser, and a pathetic one at that. So when he became the number one contender for the Tag Titles, I was more than happy to knock his ass down for a few pegs but come this Sunday, I'm going to grab his face, and rearrange so that he can look original for the first time in his life. I'd be doing him a favor, and doing everyone a favor. Even #BeachKrew too. Dustin Beaver was molded by them, created by them, risen because of them. I've got here because I had a great foundation, and because I did this on my own. Rebellution is my family but I can handle myself sometimes. I can't say the damn thing about Beaver. He'll do what Shadowlove will do. Run away, hide, coward until he has an easy opening just like he did with our Tag Team match against Occulo, and Howard Black. He left me there to fight on my own, and I won. However, he thought he won the match when he didn't even show up. I won that match on my own, and proved that even though he had an okay career, I'm going to be the guy to knock him off his ass for real. I promise you that on my grave.
Reaching the park finally, the camera crew, and the others parked at the parking lot. A few minutes of walking to an unsecure bench. They sat down, and waited half an hour for any car to show up. Unfortunately, nobody came as of yet, and Nev was getting impatient.

Where is this guy? He said 5pm. 5:15. You'd think he be here by now wouldn't he?

He'll be here. Don't worry. Be a little more patient.

Nev took out his iPhone, and looked up Paul's Facebook. Surprisingly, they did show it on Facebook now if you don't put it as private. He dialed the number, and it started ringing as the phone was vibrating next to his ear. Out of nowhere, Stephanie's phone started ringing, and they both looked at her with a confused look.

All Stephanie could do was smirk, the set up was well played.
