The scene takes place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania....
As the camera begins to roll a sign reading "Front Street Gym" is seen on a door, the cameraman knocks on the door and awaits a response. After waiting a few seconds a man comes to the door.
Stranger: Yea? Can I help... wait I know why your here come on in! But please do not disturb him until he's ready to speak.
The cameraman follows the gentleman up the stairs. As he begins to climb the stairs he can hear the noises coming from the top.
Trainer: BEAUTIFUL JUSTIN! BEAUTIFUL! NOW DO IT AGAIN! SAME COMBO 1..2..3
Strikes to the bag are then heard as they continue to ascend the stairs. The gentleman escorting them turns with a finger over his mouth singling to stay quiet. They arrive at the top of the stares and the camera begins to take in the scene. The camera starts to the left, and slowly moves across to the right. While the camera begins to turn everything in the gym can be seen punching bags, weights, lockers, and matts. The camera makes its way all the way to the right, and two men can be seen in a ring. A smaller man holding two mitts can be seen inside of a ring, in the ring with him is a much larger man with gloves on punching the mitts on command.
Trainer: GO! 1..2..3( punches) AGAIN! 1..2..3 ( punches) GOOD AGAIN! 1..2..3.. (punches) ONE MORE KID COME ON1..2..3(punches).
Trainer: GOOD WORK KID! GOOD WORK! I THOUGHT FOR SURE YOU WERE GOING TO TAKE MY HANDS OFF THERE! Alright kid go shower up its almost time for you to catch your flight, you had a great final session today. Im going to miss you when you take off, but I know your going to do great things you always have! Now go on and... Wait? WHO THE HELL ARE THESE GUYS? WHY I THERE A...
Sane: I invited them here. I have something to say before I go.
Trainer: Oh ok kid, well don't say anything you shouldn't, ill catch up with you when your done.
Sane hops out of the ring and starts to take his gloves off as he approaches the cameraman. He walks over wipes the sweat off of himself with a towel and throws on a T shirt. He then takes a drink of water and sits on down the cameraman and begins to speak.
Sane: I know if your watching this, your wondering who I am. Some of you may already know me, well some of you may know the old me. I am leaving this video here on WFC.COM to tell you my story.
Sane takes another drink, gives the camera a stare and continues to speak.
Sane: For those of you who do not know me, my name is Justin Sane, if you don't know me your thinking who the hell is this guy? If you do know me your thinking what the hell is Justin Sane doing on a professional wrestling website. Allow me to explain the answer to both of these questions.
Sane pauses for a moment and continues to speak.
Sane: Growing up my father was a Mixed Martial Arts champion. My younger brother and I always looked up to my father. We used to sit in this very gym to watch him train, day in and day out every night of the week its all we cared about. Most of the kids from school wanted to run out and play, we had other ideas we wanted to be at the gym. Sunday nights were the only nights during the week my dad wouldn't allow us at the gym, because we needed sleep to start our school week. What my dad didn't know was that while we were home my brother and I would watch Sunday night wrestling every week. At the time we didn't know any better, to us it was the closest thing to watching my dad. One Sunday night my dad couldn't go to the gym he had been hurt training the day before. After diner my dad came into our room and caught us watching wrestling, not only were we watching it but we were acting out everything we saw.
Sane pauses for a moment and looks down at his hands, he leans back in his chair and continues his story.
Sane: My dad was so furious as to what he had seen, he ripped us both out of the room and made us go down to the gym. I remember him yelling the whole car ride to the gym.
Father: I CANT BELEIVE IT! NO SONS OF MINE WILL BE WATCHING WRESLING! IM GOING TO GO TEACH THE TWO OF YOU A REAL MANS SPORT! YOUR OLD ENOUGH NOW ITS ABOUT TIME TO TRAIN THE TWO OF YOU ANYWAY.
Sane: We get to the gym which was closed at this point, and my dad threw gloves on the both of us.
Father: You want to wrestle each other so bad that's fine, you watch me train every day show me what you have learned. Hit these mitts the way I do it.
Sane: My dad then began to train us, we were so afraid we did everything he said. All kinds of combos, punches, kicks , takedowns everything you can think of. My dad had us in that gym until 2:00 in the morning. When my brother and I got home we wanted to cry for days, but we knew that'd be just as frowned upon. After finally laying down I remember my dad coming in and saying "And that kids, is what real men do in a ring".
Sane smiles to himself and looks back at the camera.
Sane: My dad made us train from there on out, we became active in the MMA scene. With this being said every Monday morning my brother and I would come into school and as all of the kids what had happened on wrestling the night before. At this point we were the only kids not watching. Everyday from the time I was ten years old, I began to train to live my fathers dream. Every day we trained to become an MMA champion like he was. In the back of our heads we always knew where we really wanted to be, in a wrestling ring.
Sane tears up for a second wipes the tear and speaks.
Sane: In my dads head he thought he was doing what was right. In my dads head MMA was life. My dad got cancer when I was seventeen years old, he always promised me he would be around for my first fight. As my 18th birthday approached, my first armature fight was booked. I knew if my dad was going to see me fight I had to fight soon. The night of my fight came and it was time for my fight. My dad was In the crowd, and I dedicated the fight to him. The fight began and it didn't last very long. I don't remember the exact time but I remember ending the fight in the first round via knock out. I looked over at my Dad and saw him crying. This motivated me to keep fighting for him, as much as I wanted to wrestle I couldn't let my dad down.
Sane stands up and leans on the wall behind him continuing to speak.
Sane: Shortly after my fourth fight was booked my dad's cancer took a turn for the worse. On the night my dad passed away my brother and I both spoke to him at his hospital bed, my dads last dying wish was for the both of us to promise him mixed martial arts titles and we did. Ill never forget that conversation because it was the last id ever had with him. Several years later it was time, I was a professional fighter at this point and I was still on a tare. I was knocking people out left and right. Always in the back of my mind I wanted to become a professional wrestler, but I couldn't turn my back on my dad and the promise I made him. My trainer, the same one you saw earlier had come up to me one day and said..
Trainer: YOU DID IT KID! HERE IT IS! HERE IS THE CONTRACT YOU FINALLY GOT THE SHOT AT THE BELT!
Sane: In the back of my mind I didn't even care, I knew it wasn't the belt I wanted. I acted to be happy, and I signed the deal and began to train. A lot of you watching this video know the outcome of that fight, for those of you who don't I will explain. After months of training the fight finally came, I was in eight previous fights in my professional career winning them all by knockout. I was the underdog for this fight but I had no doubt in my mind what id do, I had no doubt that I wouldn't let my dad down. After the initial bell rung, I had the world watching me but even more importantly my father. The fight ended early in the second round, I had won the fight by knockout. After the match I was handed the title. I remember the interviewer had began to ask me a question and I cut him off. I took the belt I had just one, kissed it and pointed to the sky. I took the mic from his hands and said " this is for you dad". After that I explained to the crowd in attendance and everyone watching that I had fulfilled my dads dream and was moving on to my own. I handed in my newly won championship and walked out of the cage.
Sane looks up smiling.
Sane: I Shocked the MMA world that day, hell I shocked the sports world but I didn't care. I knew what I wanted with my life, and I had done what my dad asked.
Sane sits again and looks into the camera.
Sane: That night was a year ago, what seems to be a long, long LOONNG year ago. I have since dedicated myself to not only staying in shape, but getting into the best wrestling shape possible. I've been busting my ass to get to where I am today, to be able to call myself a professional wrestler. And WCF HERE I AM! I wanted to give the WCF fans worldwide a chance to get to know who I am. And now you know, you also know that ill let nothing and no one stopping me from achieving my goals. This moment didn't seem real to me, so when WCF was in my hometown this past weekend for Slam 350 I sat live in attendance to let it soak in. And all I have to say is I can NOT WAIT to get into that ring. This Sunday night at Sla, will be my first opportunity to prove myself, my first step at achieving MY DREAM at becoming a World Champion here! After leaving Slam the other night and finalizing my deal I learned my first match would be this Sunday night at Slam, in a Triple Threat Match! Ill be sharing the ring with Snake Venom and Brad Young.
Sane gives a serious look at the camera.
Sane: I don't know much about either of them, but I had the chance to watch Venom wrestle last week and ill say this. Venom your tough, you took a beating that night. I hope your ready for another one, this time there wont be any weapons, ill be pinning you in the middle of the ring. WCF I cant wait to see everyone Sunday night as I start my climb to the top. Venom, Young I am sorry the two of you are up first, just know business is business. Both of you just be ready...
Sane smiles at the camera.
Sane: WCF ill see you Sunday night. Enter Justin Sane!!
Sane gets up and starts to head back towards the ring as the scene fades to black....
