Gordon Baxter: Mr. Jordan is progressing well through his physical therapy, though he still has a lot of work to go through. He will, however, against the better wishes of his doctors and myself, will be appearing on Slam 350 in some capacity. We are still moving along with the lawsuit against Katherine Phoenix, and while our investigations into her anti-bullying organization came up with no leads, as it seems to be a respectable charity, Ms. Phoenix herself will face trial. Mr. Jordan will be making a sizable donation to the charity. Thank you.
