Amongst bullying allogations and even a WCF staff member now pressing charges against him for sexual assault, TMZ will now also be taking Andre Holmes to court for verbally assaulting and physically threatening them midinterview.

Midinterview with WCF Star, Bonnie Blue, Andre Holmes approached TMZ and proceeded to curse at them and even go so as to threaten to "smash (our editors) head in with a camera".

This of course is unacceptable behavior for a wrestler to act this way towards an interviewer and as such Andre Holmes will now be taken to court and will most likely be suspended (if not fired) from the WCF.

@relentlessholmes Jesus, they have no idea how idiotic they are making themselves look. Will, my great lawyer of WCF, will once again WIN this case on how they are actually putting themselves down for "Slander, false advertising, false representation of the actual TMZ, trespassing on private property etc."
