With all the huge nominations and the controversy from the Oscars, it seems like one movie has been overlooked, partly from its failing in the box office but also from its only one nomination. Surprisingly Eye in the Sky has been nominated for best supporting actor John Gable. On this Gable commented:
"Well, first it is an honor to be nominated...but! I must address the glaring issue of a lack of African American representation in the nomination this year! This is intolerable in a society today still plagued by racism and hate! It is a shame that Creed and Straight Outta Compton have been ignored by an old and out of touch group ever racists! With that said, I will still be attending but I will be very critical of future nominations as film goes on!"
Also nominated is Gable's co-star and former directing debut lead Tom Hardy who has been missing for a year now! Investigators are still searching!
