Unknown: This is the man who has been referred to as the "NCW fan". That'll do for now. I am making this recording not to boast or brag, but to warn. The first skirmishes of a war have been fought over the past few weeks. This Sunday it'll be made official. Outcast will declare war on WCF. This is not news, but no one seems to care. This is a business full of guys that talk big, and I can't blame y'all for not taking it seriously. You cannot possibly understand what is going on here. So let me make it clear: when we say "war", we are not using a metaphor or analogy. This is going to be an actual war. What follows are the last pieces of intelligence I will give to the enemy.
:::A pause. The sounds of papers shuffling around.:::
Fan: First off, I will not be at the declaration. The War match goes back to the very beginning of WCF, back when it was still following the honorable traditions of NCW, and so I will not interfere. To put it another way, War is the last peace you will have. That brings me to the main purpose of this recording: to warn. We will attack with extreme prejudice, and so I must warn any non-combatants to stay the hell away from us. If you get in the way, it's your own fault. Along the same lines, y'all need to pick your sides now. Choose the ways of tradition, honor, and love of sport; or corruption, chaos and decay.

Fan: I worry that some of you still may not take us seriously. To give examples of this attitude, an attitude that has made WCF our enemy, Danny Vice quoted Einstein: "You cannot simultaneously prevent and prepare for war." Albert Einstein was a genius, but his area of expertise was physics and math. Vaulable tools for a warrior, but my point is he was not a leader or soldier. Looking to Einstein as an authority on war is like looking to a politican to come up with the next Theory of Relativity. I have been in wars, I am an authority on the subject, and so it would be smart of y'all to use this opportunity to join us or get out of the way. You won't be getting another. Now, this does not include all the weaklings and comedians. One person it might include is Skyler Striker. The way he won that last battle wasn't honorable, but this federation is about to go all to hell - more so - and he showed he'll do what it takes to survive on the battlefield when he's outgunned. Instead of Einstein, he quotes Sun Tzu. Mister Striker, you think and think hard about what's best for you and your daughter. But no matter what side you take, if I were you, I'd leave her at home. Wouldn't want her to get hurt.

Fan: Under less dire circumstances, I would like to go more into detail about what is wrong with WCF and what can be done to fix it, but diplomacy is over. I am being paid to carry out my mission, not to talk. If y'all were wondering, yes, I am on the WCF payroll, but they are not paying me. In fact, Seth Lerch is being paid to let me on the roster. Now it seems kind of strange to me that someone would let the opposing force into his land, but Lerch is another one of you people that doesn't quite understand the magnitude of what's going on here. All he understands is money, and that's why WCF is broken. We're going to take those broken pieces and grind them to dust, and then my job will be done. At that point, my employer will start building it up again from scratch, but that's none of my business. Destruction is what I do. Now I'd like to leave you with a quote of my own to sum up. "If you want peace, prepare for war."
