I sit in our hotel room as Chels is putting Shelley to bed, here lost in thought about the events of the last few weeks and I keep on finding myself going around and around the same question that keeps on bubbling to the surface of my subconscious… Am I strong enough? Have I been through so much change recently that I have forgotten the core of who I am? Once upon a time I was one of the most feared people in wrestling and now I have been through more trials than any time in recent memory, yes both me and Chels has been able to get through all of them stronger than ever but I still have this unnerving feeling that I still have no aim at the moment no matter how much I try. Staring out at the city skyline my recent history keeps on gnawing at my soul, before I could lament any further on my thoughts I feel a pair of arms drape over my shoulders as her lips kisses my neck. Resting her chin against my shoulder her hands softly rub my chest as her voice comes out almost like a whisper.
Chelsea: What's on your mind baby?
Seifer: I have just been thinking about... Well pretty much everything, I know people change but I feel like I have lost something that I used to have.
Chelsea: What kind of something?
Seifer: I don’t know, I feel like I don’t have any aim in my professional career any more, I was not gone long but I feel like I have lost my killer instinct.
Chelsea goes quiet for a moment as if in though before letting out a soft breath as it grazes past my ear.
Chelsea: What do you think would help give you the edge your wanting? What has to happen to help you right now?
Seifer: A miracle I think, to be honest I may feel better after the pay per view. A way to get back into the swing of things will do me some good.
I stand up from my chair and turn around picking up Chels and turning around with her and sitting back down with her on my lap. Smiling she keeps her arms wrapped around my neck while now gazing into my eyes.
Chelsea: I have no doubt you will do amazing in this match, you can beat Chase...we both know it.
Seifer: It will be tough, but I need to prove that I still belong. How are you feeling about your match?
Chelsea: You do...trust me.
A small smirk plays against her crimson lips.
Chelsea: I'm not worried, Stacy's vocabulary might be more colourful but she's just as pathetic in the ring as always. I've defeated hehe before I know I can do it again.
Seifer: Yeah I know you can do it; no person can stand up against your power.... Will your new friends be there also?
Chelsea: The match itself? I don't think so, they'll be backstage though...they really aren't that bad you know.
Seifer: I know, you have said before. I just have a hard time trusting them...
Chelsea: Why's that? Because you've heard what everyone else has said about them?

Seifer: To be honest I do not have any questions, I trust you enough to make your own choices you know that, it’s just something that I have to come to terms with... I just hope that this is something that isn’t going to hurt you in the long term.

Sitting up slightly she reaches into her back pocket and pulls out a small white card, looking at it for a second she then holds the card out toward him.

I take the card from her glancing over it a moment.
Chelsea: I think you should do what is best for you, don't do it right now. Just think over it, ok?

I place the card in my pocket, in my head it feels like a lead weight but I keep that thought to myself as I smile.
Seifer: It’s going to be a big week this week, for both of us.

Chelsea: That it is...can you imagine if one of us wins this tournament? It's been so long since we've had a world title here... would be nice.

Chelsea: True...I hadn't even thought about that. Wouldn't that be something, have we ever faced each other one on one? I mean we faced in NWA for the title but other people were in there, has it ever been just us?
Seifer: There was that time before we started dating, but that’s the only time I can think of.
Chelsea: That's been years ago....kind of crazy isn't it, a husband and wife duo...you'd think they'd take advantage of that set up.
Seifer: I agree, it’s strange how we have been in the same business and companies but we have rarely worked together or against each other in the past.
Chelsea: Definitely...I didn't even notice it though until we got talking about it. It truly is strange how that worked out.
Seifer: It really is strange in a way, mind thinking about it we have always had things going on in our lives in one way or another to stop that sort of thing, mind there’s no denying we are still one of the most powerful couples in wrestling history.
Chelsea: Fair point and you're right there. Both former World Champions and hall of famers...we've done a lot already in our careers and there's no signs of it stopping anytime soon. Not to mention we've had a relationship last over three years and all three at least one of us has been active the whole time...that has to be a record.
Seifer: I agree with you, it has to be some type of record especially considering how long most relationships last in this crazy business of ours.
Chelsea: Exactly, granted we didn't publicise our relationship like most, that has to of helped some.
Seifer: I think so, and also a lot of the others were so petty trying to use one another to get further on in their career, we have never done that... It’s all been through complete trust and passion.
Chelsea: I agree completely, and we have our sweet little Shelley to show proof to that. I think she's been the main motivation for both of us...I'm not sure we'd still be doing this had she not came along.
Seifer: I think we click so well that nothing could make us part, without knowing it at first we have so much in common its almost scary... But a good sort of scary.
Chelsea: Oh isn't that the truth, granted you've influenced a lot of my taste since we met, but you expanded my preferences so it works out for the best.
Seifer: Exactly and you have helped me through so much of the turmoil in my life, I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for you.

One night I find myself going for a walk around lost in my thoughts again as I find myself at the American airline arena, on a whim I walk through the main entrance as I see the set up for our upcoming show, walking through to the backstage area I end up in the arena with the ring set up in the centre, walking down the ramp I hear the crowd and my music in my mind as I reach the ring. I step into it I start to think about everything again and the card in my pocket weighing me down but I can’t think about that now I need to get focused on the problems at hand and that is a certain wolf that seems to be biting at my careers heels at every turn. I decide to get the camera out of my pocket and I place it on the turn post before I take two steps back and press record on the remote in my pocket.
Seifer: Hello WCF fans I talk to you today from the American airlines centre in the very ring that you are going to be seeing some of the greatest wrestling action available to you this week from Dallas Texas for our pay per view Time bomb, for those of you that do not know I am The angel of justice Seifer Black Armstrong and this week I have the start of what is a great opportunity with the Trinity cup tournament where the winner of it all gets a shot at the world champion, and the first road block to go through is someone that I have battled over and over again throughout my entire career.
I pace a little bit as I look around the arena.
Seifer: Now those of you who are familiar with my videos will see a lack of theatrics that I usually put into my work but with this match I feel a closer approach is needed because I know you have seen it all before so I won’t bother with any of that this time. Now Chase I won’t dance around it you are one of the greatest wrestlers that has stepped into the ring I won’t lie about that and I won’t make you out to be anything less than you are.
I take a deep breath and take a step closer to the camera.
Seifer: But with how good you are in the ring you are one of the most ignorant, annoying, stubborn and hyper aggressive people that I have ever met, I hold my hands up and say that I regret my involvement in transgressions that happened between me and you in the past but no matter what I do or say you seem determined to hate me even with my attempts at apologies but you know what I have had enough of it, I am done caring about it all because I will make sure that this week at Time bomb we shall have a great fight no doubt about it but I will also make sure that I will come out on top because it’s the only way to get it through to someone like you.

Moving over to his desk he sits down straightening his jacket as he does, regaining his composure he then looks at the camera before giving the countdown to start recording. As the red light comes on he puts on his best smile.
Hank: Hello everyone and welcome to an backstage exclusive WCF interview, today i am joined by none other than the Angel of Judgement, Seifer Black. Thank you for joining me Seifer.
Seifer: Thanks for having me here Hank it’s been a while.
Hank: That it has, which brings me to my first question. How does it feel to be getting back into such a big match after your short break from the ring?
Seifer: It feels great, being put into this match makes me feel that they have faith in me and I assure you I won’t disappoint. With my break away from the ring I feel like it has recharged me and has made me ready to face anything or anyone that comes in my path.
Hank: With that being said do you think that will help in you taking on long-time rival and former NWA colleague Chase Michaels, and what are your feelings about facing Chase this week?
Seifer: Chase Michaels, he is a man that seems to be ever present in my career in one way or another and it’s something I have tired of, I won’t lie and say I haven’t done anything to him in the past and I have tried to make things right for my previous actions but the man is too stubborn to listen so I say I have had enough of caring about it, he is another opponent to me and nothing more.
Hank: Ok, carrying on. Your match against said Michaels this week is a match contained within the Trinity Cup Tournament, what do you think about that and how are you feeling about the chance to possibly be the new number one contender for the WCF World Heavyweight Championship?
Seifer: I don’t want anything more in this world right now, this is the chance for me to get revenge on the person who got me fired if he is still champion at the time when this tournament is over, I wish for nothing more than to tear the wings off of the Fly and watch him burn.
Hank: Keeping that passion in mind for wanting to win this match have you considered the thought that it is very possible you will be forced to compete against your wife, Chelsea Black-Armstrong, who is also a contender in this tournament and if so how do you plan on working through that situation should it occur?
I laugh a little while thinking about this possibility.
Seifer: It will be an interesting situation, but to be honest it wouldn’t be the first time we have had a match against each other and I doubt as long as we are both in the business it won’t be the last, now if it does happen and to be honest we are both kind of counting on it to happen at some point we are going to put on a hell of a show, any scars I get from a match like that will only add to the collection I have on my back but that’s another story.

Hank: As we're talking about Chelsea, recently within the last month the duo of Sarah Twilight and Lilith have left WCF, how do you feel about that seeing as both you and Chelsea have had your fair share of problems from the two?
Seifer: I’ll be honest it was sudden, neither of us saw that coming. In the long run we are disappointed that instead of facing their judgement they ran like cowards, but that is the way that it is and nothing can be done about that now so we need to keep on looking forwards and make our future a good one.
Hank: How does it feel knowing that as one trouble left another has been brought into your life as Chelsea has joined S-Pac. What do you think of her involvement in their group?
Seifer: I will be honest with you Hank I don’t like it, I don’t trust any of them and I believe that it’s something that will be regretted in the future, I haven’t said this to her properly because I trust her to make her own decisions but it does nothing but worry me.
Hank: I must admit I can't blame you for you being worried, that is a very tricky group. Moving back onto the topic of you coming back to the ring, what is on the horizon for the team of Justice?
Seifer: Right now nothing, with the problems between Chels and Stacy we have not really talked that much since his injuries and my firing, it’s not like me and Matt are not getting along at the moment but communication has been cut right now with everything that has been going on.
Hank: Do you think the fighting between Chelsea and Stacy could possibly spill over to you two and end with you two getting on bad terms?
Seifer: I think we both realise even without talking to each other that this is something the two of them need to get through themselves, us two pretty much avoiding each other at the moment is our way of making sure there fight remains about the two of them.
Hank: It sounds like you have a good plan in place right now. Before we begin to wrap up is there anything you'd like to say to your opponent, anyone backstage, or those who might be watching at home?
Seifer: Yes first of all to my fans my full return at Time bomb will be something to behold because in this match I am craving this win like nothing else before and I will sacrifice what i must to win it, Chase you know what I had to say before and none of it has changed now so make sure you are ready for a war this week because I will be bringing everything i have to attain my goals... And last but not least to Jonny Fly, keep that title close and cherish it for as long as you can because before too long i shall be coming for it and i will take it from your cold dead fingers.

This is all going to start again, once again I feel the blood boiling and the electricity that can be nothing but the lead up to a big pay per view and I for one can’t wait because this is my chance not only to prove to myself that I can still do this but I will put all the doubters into silence at the same time, I need this win so badly I can taste it in the air and feel it in my soul… I will give it my all and if needs be I will die trying. Right now I am waiting in the interview arena for Hank Brown to turn up who is running late right now, after what feels like a long time he finally turns up looking a little flustered.
Seifer: Hey Hank, you ok?
Hank: Hello Seifer, sorry I’m late. Yeah everything’s fine, just had a few problems with my last interview. Are you all ready for yours?
Seifer: Don’t worry about it, and yeah I’m ready.
Moving over to his desk he sits down straightening his jacket as he does, regaining his composure he then looks at the camera before giving the countdown to start recording. As the red light comes on he puts on his best smile.
Hank: Hello everyone and welcome to an backstage exclusive WCF interview, today i am joined by none other than the Angel of Judgement, Seifer Black. Thank you for joining me Seifer.
Seifer: Thanks for having me here Hank it’s been a while.
Hank: That it has, which brings me to my first question. How does it feel to be getting back into such a big match after your short break from the ring?
Seifer: It feels great, being put into this match makes me feel that they have faith in me and I assure you I won’t disappoint. With my break away from the ring I feel like it has recharged me and has made me ready to face anything or anyone that comes in my path.
Hank: With that being said do you think that will help in you taking on long-time rival and former NWA colleague Chase Michaels, and what are your feelings about facing Chase this week?
Seifer: Chase Michaels, he is a man that seems to be ever present in my career in one way or another and it’s something I have tired of, I won’t lie and say I haven’t done anything to him in the past and I have tried to make things right for my previous actions but the man is too stubborn to listen so I say I have had enough of caring about it, he is another opponent to me and nothing more.
Hank: Ok, carrying on. Your match against said Michaels this week is a match contained within the Trinity Cup Tournament, what do you think about that and how are you feeling about the chance to possibly be the new number one contender for the WCF World Heavyweight Championship?
Seifer: I don’t want anything more in this world right now, this is the chance for me to get revenge on the person who got me fired if he is still champion at the time when this tournament is over, I wish for nothing more than to tear the wings off of the Fly and watch him burn.
Hank: Keeping that passion in mind for wanting to win this match have you considered the thought that it is very possible you will be forced to compete against your wife, Chelsea Black-Armstrong, who is also a contender in this tournament and if so how do you plan on working through that situation should it occur?
I laugh a little while thinking about this possibility.
Seifer: It will be an interesting situation, but to be honest it wouldn’t be the first time we have had a match against each other and I doubt as long as we are both in the business it won’t be the last, now if it does happen and to be honest we are both kind of counting on it to happen at some point we are going to put on a hell of a show, any scars I get from a match like that will only add to the collection I have on my back but that’s another story.
Giving a small laugh he nods before glancing down at his notes and then continuing.
Hank: As we're talking about Chelsea, recently within the last month the duo of Sarah Twilight and Lilith have left WCF, how do you feel about that seeing as both you and Chelsea have had your fair share of problems from the two?
Seifer: I’ll be honest it was sudden, neither of us saw that coming. In the long run we are disappointed that instead of facing their judgement they ran like cowards, but that is the way that it is and nothing can be done about that now so we need to keep on looking forwards and make our future a good one.
Hank: How does it feel knowing that as one trouble left another has been brought into your life as Chelsea has joined S-Pac. What do you think of her involvement in their group?
Seifer: I will be honest with you Hank I don’t like it, I don’t trust any of them and I believe that it’s something that will be regretted in the future, I haven’t said this to her properly because I trust her to make her own decisions but it does nothing but worry me.
Hank: I must admit I can't blame you for you being worried, that is a very tricky group. Moving back onto the topic of you coming back to the ring, what is on the horizon for the team of Justice?
Seifer: Right now nothing, with the problems between Chels and Stacy we have not really talked that much since his injuries and my firing, it’s not like me and Matt are not getting along at the moment but communication has been cut right now with everything that has been going on.
Hank: Do you think the fighting between Chelsea and Stacy could possibly spill over to you two and end with you two getting on bad terms?
Seifer: I think we both realise even without talking to each other that this is something the two of them need to get through themselves, us two pretty much avoiding each other at the moment is our way of making sure there fight remains about the two of them.
Hank: It sounds like you have a good plan in place right now. Before we begin to wrap up is there anything you'd like to say to your opponent, anyone backstage, or those who might be watching at home?
Seifer: Yes first of all to my fans my full return at Time bomb will be something to behold because in this match I am craving this win like nothing else before and I will sacrifice what i must to win it, Chase you know what I had to say before and none of it has changed now so make sure you are ready for a war this week because I will be bringing everything i have to attain my goals... And last but not least to Jonny Fly, keep that title close and cherish it for as long as you can because before too long i shall be coming for it and i will take it from your cold dead fingers.
Suddenly I stand up and walk out the room as I hear Hank saying the end to the interview, the last statement I made still ringing in my ears as I think over every single word I said and with my goals in sight and the determination to make sure I reach them I smile because in the end of it all I will make sure that no one will ever forget my name I am sure about that if nothing else.
A wise man can learn more from a foolish question than a fool can learn from a wise answer.
