To My Worthless Employees,
Effective immediately EPPW and anything pertaining to the name, logo and likeness of the former promotion will be removed from all aspects of this company. EPPW no longer exists. All merchandise, championship belts and equipment used in the production of Slam or any Pay Per View events that bear the EPPW name are to be removed and replaced by September 22nd. The name is going to be returned to Wrestling Championship Federation (WCF). Honestly, I do not give a damn what this company is called ... all you need to know is that everything is going to change. I do not care if you like the change or if you do not. I am not looking to appease anyone.
To begin with, I am not looking to employ the weak ... which very well may mean the elimination of most of you. However, each of you will be given the chance to remain employed under the new standard set forth for active competition. There are no longer going to be countouts, or disqualifications during ANY contest in WCF. This is not a kindergarten and I do not give a shit about any of you. If you are to remain employed here, you're going to have to endure the brutality that was meant for this business. If you are incapable of competing under these conditions, I suggest you find the door because you are not worth my time. WCF is not for the weak, nor the pathetic.
Secondly, the WCF People's Championship will NOT be recognized as an official championship of this company any longer. The people do not matter and I do not give a damn what they want. The sheep should never have the opportunity to make decisions ... and they will not. Frank Venable, I could care less if you continue to drag that worthless trinket with you. The fact of the matter is, you are no longer recognized as anything in my company.
Shannan Lerch ... although that insignificant twit will be taking the commentator's booth at WAR, she will NOT be employed by WCF any longer. The week following WAR, Erin Robbins will return to her duties as normal. Freddy Whoa has been demoted back to his worthless Wednesday Nights, which will be evaluated to determine if it is worth carrying. Zach Davis will return to his commentator's position on a permanent basis alongside Erin Robbins.
Effective immediately, pay scale will be determined by performance. I don't give a shit who you worked for before. You work for me now, and I will pay you each what I see fit. I am personally handling every contract myself. Any contract you had with EPPW has been transferred to me and are under MY terms. Those who are merely taking up space will be paid accordingly ... pending that they should even remain employed at all.
And lastly, there are going to be some things done in order to weed out the insignificant. When I have decided exactly what that will be, you will be informed. Just understand that I am not here to make any of your lives easier, I am not here to make any of you happy ... and I am not here to feel sorry for you. In fact, it's exactly the opposite. I am going to make your lives a living nightmare because I do not believe that any of you belong here. I don't give a shit about any of you. Each one of you is far beneath me and the weakest of you will be separated from the .. slightly less insignificant. This is all that you need to know right now. I'm not going to write you out a list of rules or a fucking handbook on how to survive around here ... because I just don't care if you do, or you don't. I've always been much more about allowing my actions to speak for me. The rules will come as I decide them. This is how things are going to be from now on .... better get fucking used to it.
