@gravedigger Now an example; When a person, group, or company "assumes control" or "takes over" another company that is absolutely done by force. Usually the company being bought out is on the brink of bankruptcy and is FORCED to do it. WCF doesn't fit that criteria, now does it? #DoYouUnderstand?
