I have made a decision. Before presenting the Stable Obstruction and Prohibition Articles (hereafter to be known as SOPA) to Mister Seth Lerch and the WCF Rules Committee for approval, I have seen fit to post its contents online here, at WCF.com. This was done to allow those most affected by the guidelines the opportunity to review it and offer comment. And by comment I mean serious, thoughtful, appropriate discussion. Spare me the usual malarkey. SOPA is admittedly draconian. However, I feel these regulations are necessary if the Wrestling Championship Federation is to be free of the debilitating influence of its targets. Call them stables, call them factions, call them cliques; these groups must be dealt with for the health of our company and our sport as a whole. Thank you. Scoutmaster Stuart Slane, The "Gang" Buster November 12, 2012 The Stable Obstruction and Prohibition Articles (Draft #1) 1. The existence of collaborative factions within the Wrestling Championship Federation, both formal and informal, is no longer permitted. 2. Wrestlers of the WCF must now come to the ring unaccompanied. No individual, be it wrestler, manager, or valet, will be allowed to approach or congregate at ringside. 3. Outside interference before, during, or after another wrestler's match will result in an automatic four week unpaid suspension for the perpetrator for his first offense, and termination from the company for the second. 4. WCF's policy on allowing personal and private locker rooms, dressing rooms, training rooms, and lounges will be ended. All competing personnel will be provided with one common area for the aforementioned functions. 5. The Wrestling Championship Federation will disband its Tag Team Division, and retire the Tag Team Titles. |

The 'stables' of WCF have organized an appropriately named petition against Stuart Slane. The motion, named J.A.C.K.A.S.S. (Justified Assembly of Concerned Kliqs Against Stuart Slane) exists to appeal against advocacy of your SOPA crap. In other words, I really don't care what you have to say.

The vitriol being heaped upon me by the usual suspects proves that I am on the right track. That loon Jay Price may have blown up my original vehicle of reform, but the Slane Train will not be derailed. SOPA is inevitable.
