The scene starts in the hospital. Joel Hall is lying down on the bed. He is covered up in full body bandages, similar to the mummy. Somehow, his thoughts can be heard.
Joel Hall: (I wonder how I ended up in this shit... oh, yeah. Some fucker in the El Mideo Extremo mask caught up to me and attacked me.)
He looks at one patient on the left. It's a little boy who looks feverish. On the right, a grown man with an amputated right arm is next to him.
Joel Hall: (Severed man, sick kid... I'm in no place to be with them.)
Joel takes a deep breath.
Joel Hall: (If I get out of this hospital...no. WHEN, I get out of this hospital, I'll show the WCF world who's the boss. By kicking Gage Gannon's ass.)
He remembers his match with Gage Gannon, Amanda Mosby and Tek.
Joel Hall: (The last time we faced off, Gannon took the victory. But because of Seth Lerch. He pinned Tek. He had a faux victory in his hands. If he really had won, he would've pinned me. But no. He had to be a faggot and pin some other jabroni.)
Joel lets out a sigh.
Joel Hall: (Fuck this shit man. I'm getting the hell outta here for my name is "Xtreme Fear" Joel Hall!)
Joel gets up and tries to leave the hospital. Suddenly, a doctor comes in the way.
Doctor: Hey! Get back to your bed!
All Joel could do was muffle. And he pushed him out of the way. Going through a group of doctors and nurses, Joel manages to get out in time. He makes his way to Slam.
Joel Hall: (I'm coming for you Gannon. After you, you're next "El Mideo Extremo"!)
Joel makes his way, walking out to reach WCF Arena. Suddenly, "El Mideo Extremo" comes into the picture.
"El Mideo Extremo": Oh, Joel. He needs someone to put him in his place.
And "El Mideo" proceeds to follow Joel to WCF Arena.
