News have reported that WCF superstar Joel Hall has issued a challenge to WCF owner, Seth Lerch. Here is what he said:

"Seth Lerch is probably the biggest coward since WCF had opened up. No...since his birth! Seth, if you wanted to get rid of me, how about a match at Payback? No interferences, enforcers or any of that bullcrap. Just both of us in the ring under a steel cell. The crowd is waiting for your monkey ass to be whooped."
