When Nathan saw his name mentioned in Jeff's statement, he just had to reply

"I'm sure Seth understands, Jeff, but I'll make it clear for everyone. You and I will step into that ring and you'll get your second win in a match where I was involved. But as usual, the win will not come over me.
We will not fight with each other because you are not important to me anymore. I now have someone new I have to prove I can beat. If you start something, it will be your own fault. Because even though you've beaten me before in out career, the WCF universe has not seen it. They only understand that I hold two wins over you. And I doubt they want to see history repeat itself once more."

Night Rider watches from the back as NvL has his say on finding out about his teaming with Jeff Purse and himself. As he finished they walked past each other. Night Rider stops and looks him in the eye for a brief second before stepping up to the podium to speak himself.
Night Rider: Well, Lets see. I have a few things on my mind to discuss but I won't waste all your time here. First, I just want to say that it is a pleasure to be standing here before you with this World Tag Team Championship around my waist. I'm sure that my partner feels the same way. Now, We have a match coming up at Slam. You would think we would be defending these titles like the fighting champions we will be! Instead we have to team up with none other than the Almighty Nathan Von Leibert to go against The WCF World Champion Corey Black, FPV, And Oblivion. I'm sure that no one will be giving us a chance in this matchup and that's just how I like it. We have been underdogs since we got here and we have faced every challenge they put in front of us! The three of us on this team may not like each other and have had our differences but that hasn't stopped Purse and I from winning these Tag Titles. It shows that we know each other well and know what to expect from each other. It's all about business and that is what will separate us from even the so called cream of the crop at the top. One more thing, There seems to be a few more teams forming out there to come after my partner and I for these belts. All I can say is bring it on boys because we aren't backing down from anyone! Step up and we will knock you right back down! See ya in the ring suckers!
