Holmes Residence.
Houston, Texas.
Friday, December 18, 2015.
The house was quiet after seven as the Holmes family was celebrating another family dinner around the dining table. The room was elegantly decorated with beautiful paintings, and pictures of the family on the green walls, and cupboards. The dining table was organized with a line of cooked meals by Samantha, and silverware on each mat. There was six chairs in total around the dining table. Samantha sat at the head, Athena, and Serenity sat together on the right side, and Andre sat alone on the left. Samantha always kept the wine bottle close to her plate, and her glass was always full. Andre hated the sight of alcohol near her, and Serenity tried her best to keep the atmosphere peaceful. Poor little Athena had no clue what the reality was happening with her parents, all she enjoyed was stuffing her face in.
After a few hours, Athena, and Serenity went upstairs while Andre handled all the plates, silverware, and other materials to wash them in the sink. He was dressed nicely for the day. A black buttoned shirt with a black jeans, and white converses. On the flip side, Samantha was wearing a leather jacket with a blank white T-Shirt. Blue jeans, and dark boots to complete the bad-ass outfit. Her caramel face was covered with make-up, and her brunette hair was curly as her left half of her face was covered. In the kitchen these two were, Samantha kept drinking the bottle of wine watching Andre finish washing everything up, and drying his hands off with the red rag hanging off the oven. It was a fairly large kitchen with a huge double door titanium fridge in the middle of the entire kitchen. Andre turned around, and just couldn't bear the sight of Samantha continuously drinking like a slob.
Andre Holmes
Sam, we need to talk.
She couldn't help but chuckle. That smile on her face wasn't a genuine nor pleasant one. She knew he would address her drinking but was somehow enjoying the pressure of a potential argument to spawn. Samantha moved her hair out of her face, and nodded. Andre's hazel eyes narrowed, and he sighed while leaning against the counter.
Andre Holmes
I'm thinking about taking all of us to Los Angeles, California. That's where I''m going to be performing at the biggest event of the company. I'd really need all of your support.
Samantha Holmes
Support?
She cut him off as she heard the word. Andre took in a deep breath, and Samantha kept waving her hand around to dismiss the idea.
Samantha Holmes
Support? You want me to support you?
Andre Holmes
Yes. You, Athena, Serenity. My wife, and my daughters. My family.
Samantha Holmes
Don't you mean your family?
She couldn't help but chuckle. Another glass was finished, and she just knocked it aside on the counter. Grasping her hand around the neck of the bottle, she started drinking even vigorously. She slammed it down, and kept smiling. Andre didn't know what to do. He's never even seen her in this stage.
Samantha Holmes
You don't get it do you? Those kids are yours, not mine.
Andre Holmes
You're their mother.
Samantha Holmes
Am I? Do they respect me? No. Do they do what I tell them to do? No. Everyday I see their face, it's nothing about love. It's hate. Those little girls hate me because they love you.
Andre Holmes
So you're saying it's my fault that they despise you?
Samantha Holmes
Ding ding ding.
Andre Holmes
No, if you really want to know why they hate you, look what's in your hand.
Samantha did as instructed, and her eyes shot up to meet with Andre's.
Andre Holmes
Ever since your father died, you've been drinking, and drinking, and drinking. You don't get what you're doing to yourself, to me, and OUR daughters. What happened to the woman I first met back in University of Texas? We used to talk about how we can have a family, kids, a home, a great life? We've done everything we said we would except one thing. Be great parents. You've always wanted to be a mother, and now you have TWO beautiful girls.
Samantha Holmes
You see two beautiful girls but I see are two ungrateful bitches!
Andre's eyes widened, and inside his stomach tore itself apart. Samantha said that to the fullest of intent, and Andre's fist balled up again. He wanted to unleash hell. She noticed the sudden switch in his demeanor, and smirked.
Samantha Holmes
What? Did I make you mad? What you gonna do? Hit me?!
Andre Holmes
You don't mean that.
Samantha Holmes
I do. I mean every word, and I'll say it again. This time louder. I hate those two ungrateful bitches who absolutely shows me no respect. I hate being in this house with them, eating, sleeping, and breathing them. Just go through the divorce, and let me out of here!
Andre Holmes
Give me the bottle.
Andre marched over, and tried to grab it from her hand but Samantha moved back. He had enough, and the two started fighting to get the bottle. It was getting to a point that Samantha slapped Andre in the face, and he stood back shunned from the impact. He held his face, and looked at Samantha who finally realized how bad the situation was. No words were spoken between them, they just looked into each other's eyes, and couldn't believe they did that to each other. What's even worse? They were not alone. Athena stood a few feet away from the argument, and witnessed the slap. Her hazel eyes were watery, and she dropped her beloved Teddy Bear on the floor to ran back upstairs in her red pajamas. Andre chased her up stairs, and Samantha threw the half empty bottle of wine into the wall, shattering it into pieces as she leaned forward on the counter burying her face into the palm of her hands. Athena slammed her door shut, and locked. She jumped into her bed, and was crying so hard. Andre leaned against the door, and tried to open it but it was no use.
Andre Holmes
Athena, baby. Open the door please. Let Daddy in.
There was no response, and he kept knocking on the door. All he could hear was the sobbing, and sniffing from Athena's crying. His hands were shaking, and trying his best to keep his composure.
Andre Holmes
Athena, please. I'm sorry you saw that, just let Daddy talk to you. Please baby, open the door.
Athena Holmes
Go away, I don't want to see you!
Andre Holmes
Honey please, I'm sorry.
Athena Holmes
Go away! Leave me alone!
Andre Holmes
Baby...
Athena Holmes
This doesn't feel like family anymore! Just leave me alone. We're not even a family...
Andre leaned against the door, and no words were coming out. He just stood there a broken man listening to the cries of his destroyed daughter. In his anger, he marched down the hallway, and went into his bedroom to take his MMA gear, and his keys to the Lexus. He marched downstairs, and came into the face of Samantha who was apologetic. His eyes were filled with fury, and his tone was dark.
Andre Holmes
After I come back from California, we're getting the divorce. Congratulations, you're getting what you want. I hope you're happy...
He quickly left her, and Samantha started mopping up the mess of wine, and glass on the floor while rubbing away the tears from her eyes. The whole house turned upside down in one moment, and Andre quickly drove away from his own residence to a privately owned MMA gym he helps anyone who is willing to train, and better themselves for the future.
The Holm of Mixed Martial Arts Gym.
Houston, Texas.
Saturday, December 19th, 2015.
Past midnight, and the gym was a ghost town. No equipment was occupied, all the mats were placed back in the shelves, and the weights all organized in their respected labelled measurement placements. Inside, Andre Holmes was focusing on his striking with the punching bag. He continued to use different combinations in his stand up game which was a very important aspect of his wrestling style. Whether it be jabs, hooks, knees, elbows, or even kicks, he continued to mix it up. It was just something off. He wasn't breathing as he normally does, his technique was sloppy, and the bag wasn't taking much impact as he usually does. Every strike hurt him more than the bag, and he was too angry to even see it. He struck the bag with his left fist, and the sloppy technique with poor power damaged his hand that forced him to stop for a moment. He looked into his taped knuckles, and wiped some of the blood on his red, and black shorts. So much building up in his mind that he struck the bag with another kick, yelling at the top of his lungs. He was losing it, and showed it by throwing some weights across the room damaging his own walls with holes in them. Andre took a seat on a nearby bench covering his face with his palms, trying his best not to endure a mental breakdown.
Serenity Holmes
Dad?
He lifted his face from his hands as that voice was heard. Serenity walked through the open garage door dressed in her pink shirt, and pink sweat pants with only her slippers on. She saw her father broken, and was disappointing to ever see him down on his luck. Andre was surprised to see Serenity away from her home, and alone. Bad thoughts rushed through his head of her journey to the gym.
Andre Holmes
Se-Serenity, how did you get here?
Serenity Holmes
I took a cab.
Andre Holmes
By YOURSELF?! Are you crazy? How stupid are you to take a cab at this time of the hour? You left Athena with your mother?!
She stood there as Andre was bashing her. He finally stopped, and knew that he was taking it out on her which was unfair.
Andre Holmes
I'm sorry...I'm just...I know...I'm...--
Serenity Holmes
I understand Dad. You, and Mom aren't working out, and things are getting worse. I get it.
Andre Holmes
You shouldn't. You shouldn't get it. You, and Athena shouldn't have gotten this at all.
Serenity Holmes
It's oka--
Andre Holmes
No it's NOT! You girls shouldn't have to be put in a position to even understand how a failing marriage looks. You shouldn't even be here to comfort me. You, and Athena should be in your beds, tucked in, having a great sleep while me, and my wife are in bed together knowing that tomorrow when we wake up, our family is safe, and sound. Yet every time we're together, shit hits the fan. I'm struggling back, and forth with my career, and my own home. I can barely sleep without wondering what your mother is doing or how you girls are affected by it. Whose to blame?! Me! It's all because of me. I should have been there to stop the problem but I was too focused on myself of my love for Professional Wrestling. I chose to focus on me than focus on her, and now I'm paying the price. Why should I continue my dream when the reality is that our family is tearing apart? I'm just a failure...
The tears were streaming from his eyes, and he couldn't stop sobbing, and moaning in pain. He broke his limit, and Serenity watched his father on his knees crying his heart out. She walked over to him, brushing her red hair out of her face. She crouched, and took him by his wrists. He didn't move for a moment but she was determined to get him off his feet. He stood up, and she slowly dragged him to the punching bag. Andre looked at her daughter positioning him in front of the bag, and she moved his fist into the bag as hard as she can. He looked into her eyes, and back to the bag. She kept punching the bag with her own father's fist, and he eventually started to do it on his own. More, and more his striking was changing from sloppy to impressive. Each punch, knee, elbow, and kick was getting stronger, and swift in technique. After a minute, he was back to his old self. Delivering impressive, and powerful blows to the bag that damaged it more, and more. Finally, he delivered a Thrust Kick into the heart of the bag that knocked it off from the hinges, and straight to the floor. Serenity smiled to see her own father back in his right mind, and quickly hugged him from the side. He wiped his tears, and hugged tightly onto his own daughter for being so understanding, caring, and picking him up as he fell down.
Andre Holmes
Let's go home.
She nodded, and Andre grabbed all his belongings. Both of them got into the car, and drove back home to get some well deserved sleep.
Luxe City Center Hotel.
Los Angeles, California.
Friday, December 25th, 2015.
The past week has been very stressful yet oddly okay. After the fight, Samantha, and Andre have decided to officially go through with the divorce after returning from California. The fight has solidified the decision, and now the compromise between the two have seemed to smooth out this week for a more cordial setting. Athena, and Serenity are still the same with their own bond, and Athena has calmed down from the situation after Andre, and Samantha sat down with her to explain what really has been going on. Serenity offered her council to Athena which spawned an outburst from her in opposition to the decision but eventually it was for the better, and she submitted to being apart of it. The surface has been scratched on what will happen for custody of the kids but everything will be decided after their return from California. The Holmes Family flew in yesterday, and were temporarily staying at the Luxe City Center Hotel. The booked room was extremely nice. An earthly contemporary design with two beds, a great view of Los Angeles, and it was right near the Staples the Center. The walls painted brown, and a chandelier in the center of the lobby. It was a beautiful luxury to experience, and the family really appreciated their father organizing the stay especially with the help of the WCF Talent Relations staff.
It was already night on Friday, and the family spent all day travelling around Los Angeles, going to all kinds of museums, theaters, attractions, restaurants, and even coming back to their room to spend Christmas with each other. Andre, and Samantha tweeted a photo wishing his fans a Merry Christmas, and also tweeted a photo of his daughters. After ten, everybody crashed in their beds for a big day tomorrow which is One. Andre was in bed, and he couldn't sleep because of how much the match was playing his mind. He was focused on it that he didn't even want to sleep, and he sat up in the bed looking at the flooring on one side, and his family on the other. He got off the bed, and put on some clothing for the winter. Especially his Favorited blue jacket. He dug into his suitcase, and found his lucky Canon camera. So, he kissed his wife on the cheek, and also his two daughters before leaving the room with the key card, and took a trip to the parking garage section of the hotel resort. Pressing the record button, he decided to do a different aspect. He sat down on the barricade of the top floor of the parking garage, leaning against the ending, and pointing the camera to the view of Los Angeles.
"Relentless" Andre Holmes
Beautiful isn't it? Sometimes I wonder how other people feel that they can never get to experience a really beautiful moment like this. This huge city at night, colorful lights, the stars in the sky, and even the traffic below. It's times like these we slow down, and appreciate what humanity can accomplish. How we can work together to create something so beautiful yet it's normal to us. Look at the people just walking by on the sidewalk, the drivers going slow on the road. They don't understand what they're missing. To them, this is just another day in life but to some, this is a really great thing. We came together to build a city that would be so beautiful, and world renowned. So much history will be happening in this city, and history will be in the making on Sunday because an incredible event will be captured all across the world. An event that will bring everyone together to experience a performance of courage, will, determination, and phenomenons of impossible moments. An event that has been established to be the greatest of greatest in sports entertainment. That event is none other than One. The biggest pay-per-view in WCF history where legends are born, and champions are crowned. This year, I was blessed with the honor to compete at One in so early of my career. Some say I should be humbled, some say I should enjoy it while I last but I say that this is nothing but another stepping stone to cement a message to everyone in WCF that Andre Holmes is here, and has finally solidified his spot to become a future entity in this company.
For years, I have traveled across the world fighting day in, and out in many houses of wrestling but this one takes the cake. The WCF serves one purpose, and one purpose only. It brings PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING. Each, and every one of us who are going into that ring on Sunday have one thing on our mind, and that is to win. It's about ending the rivalries with so much tension to shake the entire Universe apart, to end all the rumors about who is the best, and to even crown champions above champions. I get it. You're thinking this is all poetry to make you listen but I want you to understand that this feeling is more than anything I've felt in my career as a pro wrestler. When you make it so to a moment like this, you have to be thankful, and grateful for all the hard work, and support you've received to finally reap a reward as big as this. Everyone in the world has their eyes on you on the biggest stage in sports entertainment, and you have this expectations from millions of people that YOU have to deliver a performance that no one has ever done because if you don't, you're forgotten. You've never existed, and you've never mattered in the first place. We do this because we love this sport, we crave it, we NEED it. It has been in our blood to do this every day of our lives, and take the consequences. That passion we hold is a blazing fire that can never be extinguished, and will never be reduced into ash.
But this time, the greatest challenge in my career is right around the corner. A match I have experienced back in the WEF. For those who haven't heard of it, it is a Torneo Cibernetico. Bear with me as I explain the match. A Torneo Cibernetico is a tag team match with elimination rules by pin fall or submission. However, only one person can win. So we start off with two teams, the objective is to eliminate all the members of the opposing team with a ordering chain of tagging to specific partners. Once one team is fully eliminated, the remaining members of the match will square off to eliminate one another until one man is left. Yes, I know it's confusing but it plays a valuable lesson. In this match, you're going to have partners alongside you to help eliminate your enemies across the ring but they will have to fight you to become the winner. Isn't that a life lesson? How the people you can consider your friends, or partners to instantly turn on you whenever you're both competing for a prize? Everyone in this match has a prize, and that's cementing a legacy. A legacy of fate. Fate to become the next greatest wrestler in WCF history, and no idiot would pass that up for the start of his career. Who is in this match? I'll give it you, detail by detail. Let's start off the members of the opposing team.
First, we have Loco. The name says it all, crazy. A man who calls himself Loco is bound to do some crazy in-ring stuff. Whether it be flipping back, and forth in the ring, or jumping from rope to rope, or even sending his own body through the announce table for recognition. That's going to bring in some viewers, and he's done crazy stuff. If memory serves me well, he's been very vocal with his opinions about different talent in the WCF, and very blunt with his words. For some of you who really don't know spanish, I suggest you don't use Loco as a medium to practice for Beginning Spanish 1 or 2. Trust me, you really don't. However, Loco has the home court because I believe he's from Los Angeles. I've done some research, and in all honesty, he's not very impressive. He recently lost to Lucious Starr, and Jade Shockerr in a tag team match so that means he's not much of a team player. That was pretty obvious wasn't it? A man of spanish descent calling himself Loco going around disrespecting everyone he sees, and yet he when push comes to shove, he can't manage to focus on working together to even get a victory. It's men like him that really puts the meaning to "talk the talk but walk the walk". Loco, I don't need all the yapping, the consistent genital insults because it's all talk. My talking however is exactly in that ring. Actions speak louder than words, and when it comes to action, I guess you have the right to remain silent. Your past record hasn't looked too good, and you haven't been able to really stand out. That's why you resort to the petty pathetic insults, and the social media to edge yourself in. Reality check Loco, you need to grasp reality. You need to ensure that you have your other team mates back until it's time to play Loco. As far as I know, you're a liability. You're going to hold your team back, and I predict that you will be the first one eliminated. How? Either my foot goes down your throat, I'll make you tap out or someone from my team will have the honor to put you out of your misery. Ole.
Next we have...Bernard Core. You know what? This man pisses me off every time I see him in WCF or even think of him in my mind. Let met explain why. See, Bernard Core is a not a man you want to emulate as the pride of our strong country, he's a man who has a massive inferiority complex with a gullible self prophet mindset. In other words, he believes himself as a Jesus Christ to all those who do not shape his image, or is molded in his ways. So you're telling me that a man who cannot even get his own laws in the educational system transfers himself into Pro Wrestling as a cheap tactic to get everyone he thinks isn't great enough in his standards to weasel his laws in, and change America as a whole? I'm disgusted. He represents the amount of people in our justice system, the politicians, the government whose egos are bigger than a black hole that will do ANYTHING in their power to control a nation, and take away our freedom of choice. He's a tyrant who will not rest until he gets what he wants, and what he wants is to mold everything into his own image. He's playing God yet he's never been the one to actually understand what it means to let peace be peace.
You know what I think of Bernard Core? A god damn pyramid scheme because he'll persuade you to join with false benefits, crappy work hours that are supposed to be flexible, show you everything you ever wanted yet you have to pay just to even experience a tiny fraction. You have to put in the work, experience all the back lash, pay all the dues while he's sitting down in his office, throwing money around trying to make it rain. He's not a real business doing its best to give you a product you deserve, he's a man offering fake crap to persuade you into something you're not. Night Rider was a clear example. Night Rider on Slam was ready to tear Bernard apart, and continue on to get even a chance to become big yet Bernard was threatened of the fact that Night Rider was leading a different way to live that he didn't want others to have. He looked Night Rider in the eyes, and fed him nothing but bull crap. The audacity of a man who believes that everything that doesn't fit in his eyes should be either changed or destroyed. I feel sorry for Night Rider that he actually believed the miraged you pictured before him but Bernard I feel sorry for you.
You are a man whose going to get everything you deserved at One, and you damn sure are on my list to be knocked out from my Thrust Kick. I've just stepped into the WCF, and I'm already tired of hearing everything you have to say. Just like this damn country being tired of putting up with Donald's Trump controversy after controversy after controversy. I've never witnessed such a person going to the deepest of lows to do anything in his power to either make a man surrender to his cause or eliminate him because he isn't worthy. At One, I'm going to grab you by your skull, and bash it in with my elbows, and you're going to understand that AMERICA is the land of the FREE, and it's a home to everyone, and anyone. Bank on it, buddy!
Next, the third member. B'Wanna Bludde. I'm going to go out on a limb, and say that is the dumbest name I have ever heard in the history of my life. I'm serious. I have never heard such a dumb name used as a gimmick for your character, and yet after Rage beat you at the last Slam, you clearly needed to lose. You have nothing to provide me that I can actually even use to make you seem worthy of a promo. I'm dead serious, and I cannot believe they put you in this match. You have done nothing to actually show you're basically worthy at performing at One. You're pretty much the wildcard of your team, As a matter of fact, you and Loco are the only liabilities. I feel sorry that they even picked both your guys name at random, and threw you in the match. I'm not being a jackass, I'm speaking the truth. That's why I'm different from the rest of the WCF Talent, I'm respected because I speak facts, what's on my damn mind, and back it up in the ring. I don't have to explore for recruits or use stupid names to gain attention. So B'Wanna Bludde, just make sure you can at least survive a minute in the ring because if you don't, the jobbers line is waiting for you.
Last but not least...Rage Maxx. For those of you who don't know, Rage was one of the first people I've faced in WCF, and I'm giving him credit where its due. That guy is one hell of a competitor, and one hell of a fighter. Back, and forth we went yet I came out on top. I was the one who secured the victory OVER Rage, ans then moved on to Dexter Radcliffe yet fate has somewhat intertwined us to meet each other back into the ring. Rage, you're the best man on the team in my opinion. You're the one with the experience, the shock value factor, the determination, the rage, and the lust to get inside that ring, and give it everything you've got. You're basically me in the mirror. We both share the same traits of putting EVERYTHING on the line yet unfortunately, I have one trait I think you can never have over me. That is beating me. When we faced off for the first time, we tore the roof off. We showed WCF that we're here, and we're here to take OVER. It's about the new generation of wrestling talent coming into the business, and rekindling the fire that was left for so long. However, it's truly up to me to lead the new guys because I've been the one doing it ever since I stepped into WCF.
There is unfinished business between us. I'm tired of hearing Rage Maxx's name associated with mine because he's nothing but the past. I BEAT Rage Maxx one, two, and three fair and square. No if's, and's or buts, and yet people have the audacity to say it was the fluke. Those people are his fans yet they continue to blow up my twitter demanding another rematch. Well here you go, you got it. Rage Maxx, and Andre Holmes are about to square up in that ring to ruin the chance of even making it down to the final two. I am so happy they booked you on the opposing team so now I can Thrust Kick you again, and pin you down. Rage. I have the upmost respect for you, and you know I respect everything you do in that ring. Like I said, we share something in common. However, I have to do what I have to do, and that is help my team ensure we kick everybody's ass on the other side. You know exactly I'm coming for you the most because I want to end all the rumors, the critics, and even your fans blowing up my social media saying it was a fluke. At One, our team will be successful but what happens from there?! I'll let you know tomorrow. As for know, I'm wishing all the fans, everyone on my team, and mostly everyone on the opposing team at One a Merry Christmas.
Have a Happy Holidays.
The camera recording ends there, and later the video is posted as a WCF Exlcusive video.
