I've been in Ultra Rare for almost a week (almost in UR++ actually) and I've only pulled ONE Ultra Rare card. Not even a Super Rare. I'm pulling jack shit and I fed a lot of my super rares to my SR pros to max them but now I don't have enough good cards to do KotR. I thought I would have pulled at least a couple Ultra Rares by now. I've probably played 3-400 games Ok so I've read this thread before but wasn't all that interested in it but somehow this post alone makes me want to play. I have no fucking idea what you're saying but it sounds so badass that I'm downloading the game right now. This is not sarcasm at all I swear.

Damn you guys, now I'm hooked on this. This game is soooo fun and unlike alot of the other army building games I play, I'm not having to sit there for hours on end before I can play again.
I'm 100-7. I love wrecking these guys who are undefeated or have barely any losses. I know it has to piss at least some of them off. I'm doing this with 5 rares: Cesaro, Mr. Perfect, Rey Mysterio, Zach Ryder, and Eva Marie. Cesaro and Perfect align up well enough for tag team stat boosts. Same with Ryder and Mysterio. So many people playing this game do not line up their tag teams. I think I've only gone up against 5-7 tag teams that were lined up properly and got the stat boost and most of them are incompatible and lose stats. Either a lot of these people have crappy cards or they don't know how to play.
I'm dominating the Diva matches with my Eva Marie. I've only lost like 7 matches total out of probably 60+ Diva matches. I started the game with a Tamina Snuka card that earned 2-3 of those 7 Diva losses. The only cards that have beaten my Eva Marie card are super rare Paige cards that have been leveled and then a Super Rare card of another Diva (forgot the name) just beat me.
I also started my first KOTR yesterday. I'm in first place in the qualifying with the second place guy 4 wins behind me. I'm 29-4 in qualifying. 45 matches is ridiculous for qualifying 15 or 25 would have been better. I think I'm going to easily take this. The only reason I have 4 losses is because I didn't understand you were supposed to switch them out, mainly because I was at work when I started the KOTR and wasn't able to of course dedicate the time to understanding it.
EDIT: Just replaced Mr. Perfect card with a Super Rare Big John Studd that I got. WOOT!

It is very easy to get addicted to this game lol I'm currently at 245-50, stopped playing there for awhile. I got a SR Amrbose and SR McMahon that has been taking care of most of my solo matches and I have Henry and Goldust for my tag team, both SR and match up right. For divas I have a SR Brie that's been doing good, I've only lost to a couple of the Paige cards, been trying hard to find another rare or SR diva so I can get her out of my deck. Too many on there already, it gets annoying.

The best part of the game (or worst if you like to jam it up people's asses) is that the games you play against them don't count towards their record. You best bet is to play against the players with less wins and just pump up your team. So those of you with a moral compass don't have to feel bad about wrecking jobbers because they have no idea it's happening.
I'm in the Rare tier, I played for a week and then put it down, but I set an uncommon Bo Dallas as my captain so I think people will think I'm playing him, then get rocked by UR Rock, UR Golddust, UR Alberto del Rio, Pumped up Rare Stone Cold, and Pumped up rare Natalya. That's where it's fun for me.

Just finished qualifying for my first KOTR. I'm in first place with a record of 41-4. Could have been one or two losses only, but I didn't know how to originally do KOTR.
Second place guy is 35-10 so I have definitely distanced myself from the rest of the people in my tier.

Won my first KOTR with ease. I kept up with energy and switching them out but i think if I hadn't done that at all I still could have eked out a win anyway.
I got two Rare Gabriels which disappointed me but it does help me work on a B team for my next KOTR. I only need another good Diva card and to level my entire B team and I can join it

Two games later and I pull a SR Brie Bella. Leveled her up to 9 so far and she's like two points below my maxed out Rare Paige already. So now I just train all my cards for my A & B teams to prepare to join the next KOTR.
Ok so, after reading a lot of the posts in this thread, I think I need help understanding a couple of things as I may be causing it to take longer for me to level my cards. I see you guys talking about waiting until you max out to combine your cards. How does that work? Do you have to wait until you have two maxed out level cards and then the combine option is no longer greyed out? If that's right, what exactly is the formula for combining them?
Also, when it comes to training, I've just basically been taking every grey, green and blue that I don't need for my team and training them on the wrestlers in my actual lineup. Is that the smart thing to do or should I be taking the greens and blues that I DON'T want and training them up to 20 before THEN training my main cards? Let me know if that's confusing.
Or do you guys just toss all the unwanted cards at your main ones for training purposes and never level the unwanted cards prior?

I never level unwanted cards.
When making a pro, the pro card will be better depending on the levels of the combined cards. If you pro them at level 0 you are really wasting the cards because if you level them up first (try to max them if you can wait) you will get a SICK pro. It really makes a huge difference.
I've found that when you first enter a new tier you lose a lot more because it takes time to catch up. By the time you finish a tier you should be crushing everybody in the tier and it's good to do a KotR right before you jump to the next tier because it should be a pretty easy win.

Oh ok so if I take two maxed out Rare cards, it should let me combine them into a Rare Pro?

I love how they have all these legends. I have a Big John Studd that I've been using for a while now. It was hilarious how I didn't even recognize Virgil until I looked at the name. I thought he was some new guy that recently came up from NXT or something.
Speaking of legends and older wrestlers, have you guys seen any in the Diva category? Like Trish, Sable, Lita, etc.?

Digger none of those Divas have cards. If you go to Card Catalog on the main screen it shows you every possible card you can get-- just the name, until you actually get the card and then they put the graphic in. I think the only Divas are AJ, Paige, Natalya, Funkadactyls, Bellas, Tamina.. and there are Epic and Legendary STEPH McMahon cards that look awesome. I think those are the only Divas available in the game. They added a few cards in the last update (Paige is new i believw) so hopefully they will continue to add cards.

After hanging around the Ultra Rare+ tier for a bit, waiting to jump up to the UR++, I've suddenly been thrust into the Epic tier thanks to a pair of Ultra Rare Erick Rowan cards that I finally combined. I didn't realize that would happen, I guess combined with my other cards it just shot me up that high. Anyway, here's what I'm looking at:
Epic 2043 W/ 319 L
Ultra Rare Erick Rowan (Pro Maxed) Ultra Rare Kofi Kingston (Maxed) Ultra Rare Cesaro (Maxed) Super Rare Brock Lesnar (Pro Maxed) Super Rare Paige (Pro Maxed)
I've also got an Ultra Rare Maxed Jack Swagger and an Ultra Rare Maxed Brie Bella, but they're sitting on the bench in KOTR because the Super Rare Maxed cards are killing it for me.

So here's where I'm at.
I went through the entire Ultra Rare three tiers without pulling an Ultra Rare card except the first one. I'm now in Epic and the Epic card I got is a GAY freaking support card. It's +45 TGH so it's good but obviously I would have rather got a player card. The only way I've been able to get Ultra Rare cards is playing King if the Ring and the Peoples Championship. I have won two KotR at UR and got Ultimate Warrior for the first one and JBL for the second. So I maxed them and then combined (as always) and they are kick ass cards with ~400 stats and they aren't even maxed yet. I've also got to Semi Finals and got single Ultra Rares which is fine but still feels like a waste of three days.
My deck:
Ultra Rare Warrior Pro (lvl 21) Ultra Rare JBL Pro (lvl 19) Super Rare Cena Pro (maxed) Super Rare Taker Pro (maxed) Super Rare Paige Pro (maxed)
And my record is something like 2100-250.

Here's my update: 677 wins, 120 losses. A lot of those losses were due to the People's Championship competition. I did not like that one. I stopped playing for a couple of hours due to being at work and dropped like 50,000 spots. Fuck that. It was stupid. I got like 80,000 tier or something like that. Whatever it was that got me SR Stardust.
So I played my second KOTR and just barely won it. Once again I started the tournament and completely forgot I was in it until like 6 games in. I was like 2-4. I came back from not even qualifying to eventually 1st place by like one or two wins. So the tournament comes up and I easily won my quarterfinals. I'm watching all the other participants to see if they're paying attention. My semifinals opponent wasn't and I easily beat him the first round and didn't trade out my guys and he dominates me in the second round. So I fix everything up and load up on my boosts and wax the floor with him. No resistance from my finals opponent and I win with a record of like 41-9 I think.
I got two Super Rare Goldust cards from it. So here's my current lineup:
SR Stardust, SR Big John Studd, SR Hulk Hogan, Rare Pro Zach Ryder and SR Brie Bella. I have a pair of Rare Ultimate Warriors that I'm planning on going to pro with and possibly replacing one of the above SR cards if his stats are better. I'm like 300 wins from getting another John Cena that I can pair with a previous one. I also have the two SR Goldust cards from KOTR that I haven't finished leveling yet.
It was funny because I got a rare Cesaro early on and he was my number one card until I got the SR Studd card and he eventually became my weakest card and I could not get rid of him and a lot of my losses are thanks to having him for so long.
Another card I've been hanging onto is the Manager card (+3 to power and charisma). That card is a green, but there's so many times that I've won thanks to it even now. I'll pull out wins just because of that card, they'll be that close. I hope there ends up being a higher up version of that card that I get so I can win by more.
