Hello, WCF - I'm Renegade Reporter Lucien Hicks. I've come to Reading to get the stories that this 'fed celebrates... and the stories that this 'fed hides. Join me this week as I interview my first subject since coming to WCF... a man of integrity and a man of controversy. But how much of all of that is real, and how much of all of that is show? This week in the Interview, join me as I meet the United States Champion Roy Speede. It should prove to be a revealing chat...

This week's scheduled interview with WCF US Champion Roy Speede will not be seen this week, as this reporter was unable to get said interview from said Mr. Speede.
But journalism does not rest for any distracted professional wrestlers - no indeed. Ladies and gentlemen of WCF.com, I am pleased to present to you the first Lucien Hicks Interview... a glimpse into the life of "The Future" Jeff Purse. Enjoy.
And be sure and join us next week for a special two-part pre-Aftermath interview! How does one prepare for a match where your career is literally hanging in the balance? That's one of the questions I'll have for WCF's own 'Inveterate Confederate' Johnny Reb... and how does one prepare for a match where your LIFE is hanging in the balance? I'll ask that and many other questions to the Team of Treachery's junior member, Super FPV.

This week's interview is a huge one - it'll be my first chance to sit down with a WCF Hall of Famer. One of the most controversial men in WCF's history, he still has a major affect on this company today despite working for a different promotion. What are his plans? What history will he share with us? Just who the heck does he think he is, anyway? Join me this week on the Interview as I ask these questions and more to a mysterious man indeed... Corey "Creeping Death" Black.

This week's interview is a very special one as I head down to Georgia to visit a man who may not be the devil, but is as charming as one; WCF's Confederate Champion and Team of Treachery member Doc Henry.
And next week I may have the most terrifying interview of my life... it's not confirmed yet (and I haven't agreed to it yet), but I may be interviewing former WCF World Champion and terrifying monster Oblivion.

This week - WCF Presents Blast, and Lucien Hicks presents a very special interview... the last time we saw him, he destroyed Roy Speede in the ring at XIII and then just walked away. For the first time since leaving the ring in Tokyo, we'll hear from WCF Hall of Famer "Reckless Jack" Brad Kane.

Next week, a very special Lucien Hicks interview...
...I've interviewed champions and I've interviewed Hall of Famers in my time here for the Wrestling Championship Federation. But never have I interviewed a stable en masse. What will become of me next week as I sit down with Blake Updegraff IV, WCF Hardcore Champion Gein Spector and "God Given Greatness" Benjamin Atreyu in my interview with Future Gods Incorporated?

Future Gods interview has been postponed until we know what the hell happened to them... more on that in a moment.
This week in preparation for Ultimate Showdown, I'll be profiling an outspoken and controversial member of the Darkside of Treachery, Synn...
...and next week, get ready for what looks to be the biggest week for me since coming to WCF. A special two-part interview for Ultimate Showdown! First I'll be talking to the unlikely tandem challenging Price and Jakobs for Tag Team gold - Tek and Steeltoe Joe, also known as Prophecy...
...and in the second part of next week's Interview, I'll get my first chance to sit down with a reigning World Champion. On his way to the biggest match of his career, I'll talk one-on-one with Mr. Waylon Cash. Perhaps he knows what happened to Atreyu and Spector? It's a long-shot, but... tune in to find out.

With Ultimate Showdown behind us and a company-wide vacation week in effect, one would expect WCF's Renegade Reporter to be off on some 'personal business'... but to this reporter, there is no business more personal than journalism. August is upon us now, and if there's one thing a life of hunting down stories has taught me it's that the heat of the Summer always brings out the crazy in people.
If that theory holds up, we should be in for some spectacular Interviews this month! The following is my prospective Interview schedule for the month of August 2012... all three of these interviews should be fact-filled, or at the very least absolute train-wrecks of opinionated hate-speech.
Week of August 12th Slam - Jay Price
* There have been very few people in WCF as outspoken as Jay Price... and none of those have had as much success in a WCF ring. Now injured and unbound by contractual obligations, Price has spoken out about everything from Seth Lerch's handling of day-to-day business to the current 'stable wars' climate of WCF. What will he say next? With any luck, I intend to find out.
Week of August 19th Slam - Eric Price
* Perhaps the only way to follow the outspoken Jay Price would be an interview with another outspoken man named Price... former WCF Tag Team Champion Eric Price, in fact. Price has had a rough road since coming to WCF, but has come on strong as of late winning his first gold (before losing it to his rivals, WCF's Tag Team Champions Prophecy). This might be the most dangerous interview I've attempted in WCF... dangerous for my temperment, anyhow. I mix about as well with Republicans as oil does with water.
Week of August 26th and WCF's Revenge - Gravedigger
* One of WCF's most decorated champions and storied competitors, Gravedigger bid farewell to active competition at the 2012 Ultimate Showdown to accept a position in WCF's front office. On the eve of WCF's Revenge, I'll sit down with this legend of the squared circle and cover his near-decade in the company... and likely delve into his thoughts on WCF's present and future.
Here's to an amazing August. Where I come from, we usually just pray for an end to the Summer... this year, I'll just be wondering how September could possibly top it.
Jayson Price: Pretty sure Black set it that nobody new can join. Or at least they can attempt to, but they can't do anything unless it's approved. Which essentially cuts off any guests.

The Risen: Shit, I had no idea WCF shut down. I was only here for a few months, but it was a fun few months. Hope y'all are doing well.
